Advantage’ can offer a complete design and build solution for Partitions, Ceilings and Associated Services.
From the initial brief we prepare a Cad drawing, ‘dropping’ in standard furniture and storage blocks if required to illustrate the finished project.

Office Partitioning
Aluminium or Timber framed double skin systems, available with fire and sound reduction. Choice of Sapele, Ash, Oak, Maple, Cherry or paint finished doors, with a wide range of washable textured vinyls for panel decoration- Ask for our sample card!

Steel Partitioning
Single and Double skin steel partitioning, with heights up to 8.00m, available in mesh, half glazed, part glazed and solid elevations.

Ceilings
Suspended or self supported ceilings, with lay-in 15mm or 24mm grids. Wide choice of 1200 x 600 and 600 x 600mm ceiling tiles to suit all budgets and environments.

Associated Services
Lighting, power, data, plumbing, small building works, flooring, external windows and air conditioning.
