With over 10,000 picks per day, first in first out carton flow live storage offered the only solution to achieve the requirements of this fast pick distribution facility.

The design allows separate stock replenishment and picking faces, first in first out (FIFO) stock rotation and a storage solution designed for ease of stock taking.

For speed of replenishment, excess stock is stored on the upper static shelf, accessed via Advantage mobile steps.
