Ground floor space was essential for this office furniture manufacturer who decided to install a Storage Mezzanine for component stock that had been previously stored off site.

Advantage were chosen for their attention to detail prior to placement of order and a visit to the mezzanine manufacturing facility allowed the customer to gain further confidence that Advantage would meet the tight installation window required.

With only a two week installation window available, ‘Advantage’ built this 33m x 17m floor with the fire rating carried out in conjunction with ongoing furniture manufacture!

Advantage Storage and Handling project-managed the complete scheme, including liaison with Building Control and installation of general lighting, emergency lights and smoke detection.
