Storage mezzanine with feature handrail built for this Worcestershire furniture retailer.

This Worcestershire Furniture Retailer, expanding into new premises, chose Advantage Storage & Handling to build a Storage Mezzanine in the new shop.

With restricted access for lifting equipment, the steelwork was offloaded by hand and trollied into the shop. The steelwork was erected using materials lifters. Works included a Mezzanine with one hour white fire protection, incorporating recessed lights with smoke hoods.

The floor was built to allow stock to be stored on the Mezzanine level, allowing all of the ground floor for display.

As aesthetics were important as well as the budget, a feature rolled hollow section staircase and handrail were chosen to complete the project.
