Herefordshire, ‘Before and After’
When this Herefordshire Defence Contractor decided to set up operations in a
new warehouse building, ‘Advantage’ were employed to offer a complete ‘Design

Whilst the building proved ideal for its workshop space, there were no
toilets or offices, only incoming utility connections comprising electrics,
water and drainage!
‘Advantage’ were tasked to build the complete office block facility from
mezzanine through to carpeting, comprising large open offices, meeting rooms,
production store, workshop area, disabled toilets, rest room, kitchen, reception
and services room.
Working closely in conjuction with Building Control, two staircases were
built, one being to Part M with a protected fire rated means of escape.
Mechanical and electrical services included, office and high bay warehouse
lighting, compartment trunking with power sockets, CAT 6 data cabling, air
conditioning and fresh air ventilation.
