Defence Contractor , New Office facility, Mid Wales

With a concrete mezzanine floor already built, this Mid Wales Defence Contractor employed ‘Advantage Storage’ to complete the ground and first floor interior fit-out.

Aesthetics were of paramount importance so all dividing and internal partitions were taped, jointed and emulsioned to compliment existing walls. This ‘dry build’ partition system provided a quick build solution with minimum mess!

Works incorporated: feature glazing with etched film manefestations, ‘Jumbo’ wall partitioning with false computer flooring, central heating installation, internal stud partition offices and an internal staircase with landing.

Services included, recessed Cat 2 lighting, compartment trunking with electrical sockets, cat 6 data cabling and a small kitchen.
