Medical Equipment Offices and Workshop, Cotswolds

When this Cotswold Medical Equipment Specialist decided to move into a new Hi Tech business park they decided to employ ‘Advantage Storage and Handling’ for this Design and Build solution for their new ‘shell’ building.

This new building, whilst enjoying the benefit of windows on two levels, was purchased as a basic shell i.e. perimeter cladding with only basic incoming services: electrics, water and gas.

‘Advantage’ built the complete facility from mezzanine floor through to carpeting, including a feature ‘stainless’ handrail system with Karndean flooring to the reception staircase.

The new premises included offices, workshops, meeting rooms, services room, toilets and rest area with installation and commissioning of electrical services, gas central heating and fresh air ventilation.

Quality finishes were paramount with perimeter drylinning and toilet areas taped, jointed and emulsioned and partitions decorated in attractive textured vinyls.
