Medical Instrument Specialist, Gloucestershire

Advantage Storage and Handling were selected as the main contractor for this Design and Build first floor office facility.

On behalf of the client, Advantage organised Building Control approval for the Mezzanine aspect of the project and Planning Approval for new external upvc first floor windows and aluminium shop front glazing.
Works included complete interior fit-out; office mezzanine floor, fire protection, internal partitions, drylining, external windows, Part ‘M’ ambulant staircase, toilets, rest area and associated services including electrics, smoke detection, air conditioning and ventilation.

To complete the project, the toilets were laid with vinyl flooring and offices carpet tiled ready for the client to move in!
